NPA Job Board Aids International Job Search(August 22, 2011)
Grand Rapids, Michigan (PRWEB) August 22, 2011
NPA, The Worldwide Recruiting Network (http://www.npaworldwide.com), is pleased to announce the launch of the NPA Job Board, a substantial enhancement to its online platform. The NPA Job Board is a follow-on project to the highly successful release of the NPA SplitZone platform in August 2009. SplitZone allows NPA members to transact shared recruiting business in a secure, reliable, and repeatable way.
The NPA Job Board presents a modern careers website experience for job seekers. At the same time, NPA members experience a powerful searching, matching, sharing, and business tool that further supports the NPA mission of encouraging and facilitating split-fee placements among its members.
SplitZone was developed and hosted by Main Sequence Technology (http://www.mainsequence.net), and NPA again turned to Main Sequence to leverage a design for the NPA Job Board created though careful consultation with key contributors throughout the NPA network with the proven expertise and performance shown by Main Sequence in building and hosting enterprise recruitment transaction platforms.
The NPA Job Board provides access to jobs from international search firms. Many of these career opportunities are not advertised or available through other channels. Job seekers will interface with professional independent recruiters for their international job search. Employers do not have access to the NPA Job Board, so job seekers do not need to worry about inadvertently applying for jobs with their current employer, and can also keep their job search completely confidential.
Main Sequence principal Martin Snyder also commented, "Our relationship with NPA is a key asset in our portfolio of customers who have specialized, scaled needs for recruiting technology. While recruitment is a seemingly simple concept, in real-world practice, it is often conducted in a complex information environment by a diverse group of end-users. It's a pleasure to work with innovative networking organizations like NPA to help create new ways of adding business value for those who spend their days trying to connect people with opportunities."
Dave Nerz, NPA president, concluded, "We are excited about the NPA Job Board extension for SplitZone. This new feature set will increase our members ability to compete globally by engaging more candidates in an international job search. As talent needs continue to shift, international search firms will benefit from this additional resource for locating job seekers."
SplitZone is immediately available to NPA members using PC or Mac with an Internet connection and has been designed to interface seamlessly with PCRecruiter.
