NEWave Continues Winning Streak With System Replacement Contract at Little River Casino Resort

(December 21, 2011)

LAS VEGAS, NV -- (Marketwire) -- 12/21/11 -- Leading software supplier to the casino gaming industry NEWave is continuing its impressive winning streak which has endured throughout 2011. Now the company is celebrating its latest contract, an installation of its myCompliance™ Suite at the Little River Casino Resort in Manistee, Mich. Little River Casino Resort is an Economic Enterprise wholly-owned by the Little River Band of Ottawa Indians.

The contract is a system displacement, meaning NEWave's myCompliance Suite is replacing a previously installed system from another company.

"We are absolutely thrilled to be adding the Little River Casino Resort to our ever-growing list of clients," said NEWave CEO Bart Lewin. "At NEWave, we work with our clients to create innovative solutions together, and as this system displacement contract clearly shows, casinos from coast to coast realize that our innovative solutions are simply better for their business."

Little River Casino Resort Director of Finance George Sutton said, "We work diligently to safeguard our casino operations and our bottom line. We compared several systems, including our old system, to NEWave's myCompliance Suite, and we saw that NEWave's system had advantages that were better for our business."

NEWave's myCompliance Suite protects a casino's bottom line from costly fines and takes cumbersome compliance issues and obligations and streamlines them into automated processes. The myCompliance Suite completes, files, and archives all federal, state and locally mandated forms for money laundering, suspicious activity and taxes. Further, myCompliance products validate identification documents, verify tax identification numbers, and provide alerts for OFAC and other watch lists.
