Missing Maine girl's kin worried about her safety

Missing Maine toddler's family says they worried about her safety when she was with father By The Associated Press

WATERVILLE, Maine (AP) ' Police say they are considering all possible scenarios in the search for a missing 20-month-old girl, whose disappearance has unleashed a flood of leads from the public.

Waterville Police Chief Joseph Massey says, "We are looking at everything. We don't want to miss anything along the way as we continue on in this investigation."

Ayla Reynolds was reported missing Saturday morning by her father, Justin DiPietro. Police say he told them she was not in her bed.

Relatives of Ayla's mother say they have been concerned for the girl's safety while she was staying with DiPietro.

Ayla was last seen Friday night wearing green one-piece pajamas with polka dots. She had a soft cast on her left arm. Massey says she broke her arm in an accidental fall.
