Media Advisory: Social Media Week has Returned to Toronto This Week for the Third Year

Two more days remain in this festival happening throughout the downtown core (February 16, 2012)

TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 02/16/12 -- Social Media Week (SMW) has returned to Toronto offering over 100 free events across the downtown core from Feb. 13-Feb. 17, 2012.

"We are thrilled this has grown into one of Canada's largest free digital culture festivals," says Eli Singer, president and founder of Entrinsic, the agency producing SMWTO for the past three years. The number of events offered at SMWTO 2012 has more than doubled since last year's festival.

Thursday's events include: Privacy Issues for Social Media Enterprises; Social Media Friends, Anxiety and You; Gamification, Perspectives from both sides; Food and Social Media, Two key ingredients for collaboration; Accelerating Small Business Growth in Our Economic Times; Treats & Tweets, pet-friendly event with social media installations @PawsWay Toronto; Social Media Overload: I'm Only One Person - What Can I Do??; and, Expanding the Brand.
