Medea Releases New VideoRaid RTS Systems

Five-drive arrays available up to 480 GB By Dave Nagel
Medea today released its new VideoRaid RTS systems. The VideoRaid RTS is a five-drive SCSI disk array targeted toward high-end graphics and video production. It's available in capacities up to 480 GB.

VideoRaid RTS arrays are available in five-drive desktop towers with capacities ranging from 160 GB to 480 GB. The arrays feature an Ultra160 SCSI interface for data transfer rates of up to 100 MB per second. They also provide data protection so that if one drive goes down, the system continues to operate normally.

The five-drive VideoRaid RTS is available in 160 GB, 320 GB and 480 GB capacities for $2,799, $3,299 and $4,999, respectively. For more information, visit http://www.medea.com.
