Matthew Danilowicz Joins Pinnacle Systems

Industry veteran appointed Vice President and General Manager, Broadcast Business (February 25, 2005)

Pinnacle Systems is naming Matthew Danilowicz vice president & general manager, Broadcast Business. With more than 20 years of broadcast and media industry experience and management expertise, Danilowicz takes responsibility for product strategy, product marketing and product management for Pinnacles world-renowned digital video broadcast products.

?We are pleased to have a professional of Matts calibre on board to direct Pinnacles continued expansion in the broadcast market, said Ajay Chopra, COO for Pinnacle Systems ?His industry experience and insight will be invaluable as we lead the evolution to the new way of making television.

Most recently, Danilowicz worked at Thomson Grass Valley where he was in a senior market development role. Prior to Thomson, he served as Vice President of business development at Parkervision until Thomson purchased that company. Before his time at Parkervision, Danilowicz held roles as CEO of iNews and Vice President of Broadcast Business for Avid Technologies.
