Marv Is Back and Kicking Off Southwest Ohio Tour at Bengals Vs. Steelers Game This Sunday.

  (November 11, 2011)

Dayton, Ohio (PRWEB) November 11, 2011

Marv and the Welcome to College team are returning to Ohio after two very successful national conferences: the National Association of College Admission Counseling in New Orleans and the professional web association conference HighEdWeb in Austin, TX. Momentum continues to build as the company recently teamed up with the social gaming app SCVNGR and continues to add new partner institutions from across the country.

The team is excited to kick off a Southwest Ohio tour by joining the Marvin Lewis Community Fund for a tailgate before the Cincinnati Bengals vs. the Pittsburgh Steelers game on November 13th. The tailgate is the first stop as Marv and the team will be making visits the entire week of November 14th to high schools and colleges throughout Southwest Ohio. The visits planned will showcase Marv and his ability to get students excited about the college visit process.

We are thrilled to join the Marvin Lewis Community Fund this Sunday, said Justin Bayer, founder of Welcome to College. This is a great example of the connections Marv is making with other key organizations passionate about education and helping students.

MARV aligns well with the MLCF and our education initiatives; were very excited to have him at our tailgate party, said Lindsay Reisert, the assistant director of the Marvin Lewis Community Fund.

Come visit Marv at Longworth Hall from 10-1. Please come help us cheer on the Bengals to victory and learn about these two great organizations.
