MRI Teams With PlanData to Deliver Space Documentation Solutions to the Real Estate IndustryMRI to Jointly Market PlanData Products (January 09, 2002)
The partnership calls for MRI to jointly market PlanData's software products and related Internet publishing services to both new and existing MRI clients through its national direct sales organization. This integrated software solution is currently available across North America and throughout the world.
"We have always had a special relationship with PlanData," says Steve Lloyd, Vice President of Sales at MRI. "But now we've formalized our relationship as part of our collaboration to provide an even greater level of integration between the two systems. It's all part of MRI's strategy to provide tools and solutions for an integrated property management system that supports the entire real estate lifecycle with an enterprise-wide integrated solution. This integration helps our clients make the most of their system and leverage their technology investment."
PlanData's SpaceMan software provides a graphical interpretation of floor plans allowing users to develop strategic decision making in order to maximize their property. It also provides tools that allow leasing staff to implement those strategies including demising plans, getting rentable area calculations and related lease exhibits. In addition there are tools that can "re-factor" a properties rentable area calculations in a matter of seconds. SpaceMan seamlessly integrates with MRI's software suite.
