Luxology Co-Sponsors Career Night Event in San FranciscoACM SIGGRAPH Student Chapter of The AIC hosts at Dimension 7 Studios (October 14, 2004)
Luxology LLC, an independent technology company creating high-end 3D content creation tools, and the ACM SIGGRAPH Student Chapter of The Art Institute of California - San Francisco, today announced that they are co-sponsoring Career Night, taking place on Friday, Oct. 15 at Dimension 7 Studios in San Francisco. Featuring representatives from studios including PDI Dreamworks, Maxis, Insight Digital and Digital Anarchy, the event is expected to draw a capacity crowd of industry professionals and students. In addition to speakers from studios around the area, Career Night will feature a demonstration of modo by Luxology's president and co-founder, Brad Peebler, as well as new announcements.
"Career Night is our chapter's flagship event and we're excited to be hosting speakers from Insight Digital, Maxis, Digital Anarchy and PDI/DreamWorks," said Robert Padbury, director of public relations for the ACM SIGGRAPH Student Chapter of The Art Institute of California - San Francisco. "Our student chapter provides numerous opportunities to learn from, and network with the professional community. We're proud to be working with Luxology as the chief sponsor of Career Night and are anticipating Luxology's demo of modo and the announcement of student pricing."

About Career Night
Career Night will be held on Friday, Oct. 15, 2004, beginning at 7 p.m. The event will take place at Dimension 7 Studios, which is located at 150 Folsom Street in San Francisco, Calif. General Admission will cost $5, or $2 with a valid student ID.
