Leading Bathrooms E-Commerce Retailer Plumbworld Donate Bathroom Suite to Sarah Beeny C4 Show

  (June 09, 2011)

(PRWEB) June 09, 2011

Plumbworld have always been a company to rescue people in need on tight or in this case zero budgets, and recently helped out in the Cowboy Builders show on Channel 5 at the start of the year supplying a bathroom suite to a family whos home was left in what was quoted the worst state ever seen on the show.

The Sarah Beeny show 'Help! My House Is Falling Down' featuring the kind donations from the Plumbworld team airs on Thursday 16th June at 8PM so make sure you tune in. The kind donation from Plumbworld included various items from their Traditional Bathroom Suites range along with Park Lane Taps.

Scott Morris, E-Commerce Manager of Plumbworld said:

Having watched pretty much every single TV episode with Sarah Beeny in, including sadly 100s of re-runs of Property Ladder the chance to have some products featured in one of her shows again was a great honour, not to mention helping out a lovely family in need of desperate help to make sure their cottage is safe to live in

As a bit of an insider for you, Sarah Beeny and her team of specialists head to the Murphy familys cottage in Cheshire. Mum Andrea fell for its period charms but now the cracks are appearing and she and her husband Steven are terrified the character features hide a multitude of problems. Investigation reveals a can of worms; floors so badly laid their children could end up falling through them, a dangerous roof and most worryingly a very real risk of fire.

This is an emotional discovery for the parents of two boys aged seven and four, and with the budget gone replacing the roof they need Sarahs advice and DIY savvy to understand and take charge of their house, not to mention kind donation from companies like Plumbworld.

James Hickman, Managing Director of Plumbworld said:

Over the last few years we have helped out a number of top TV shows with our donations of bathroom products, including Big Brother, DIY SOS and of course another Sarah Beeny show Property Ladder as well. We are all very much looking forward to watching the final cut of the show next week and hope the bathroom fits in well with the period features of the cottage

Plumbworld sell a huge range of bathroom suites, showers, shower enclosures and bathroom accessories, along with an extensive range of bathroom furniture and plumbing supplies.

Plumbworld is based in Evesham, Worcestershire and now employs 50 staff within their 2,000 sqm, purpose built warehouse and offices. The company had a turnover in 2008 in excess of £18 Million. Plumbworld was established in 1999 by James and Anita Hickman who sold the business to The Grafton Group Plc in December 2006.
