Laurus Office and Lee Honish have Partnered to Create the Only Free Program for Agents, Investors and Homeowners: the Certified Default Advocate Training Designation

  (October 06, 2011)

Vancouver, WA (PRWEB) October 06, 2011

Laurus Office has announced its historic partnership with Default Servicing Master Lee Honish and the subsequent release of their program called Certified Default Advocate Training for Short Sales and REOs. It is unique to the Real Estate market as the programs Designation is free for users of the Laurus Office processing platform that will combine weekly coaching and training calls in what is a very complete and comprehensive program.

Tracey Baron, Managing Director of Laurus Office Professional Real Estate Software states, We knew we had the best distressed property processing platform, but we had no way of capturing or inspiring Real Estate Agents or Investors to help homeowners. Lee Honishs vision matched our own and our partnership has created something that will transcend the industry of Real Estate.

Both Laurus Office and Lee Honish have been approached by many Real Estate companies that would like to incorporate this partnership into their existing training programs. One anonymous source was quoted as saying, We will either have to work with Lee Honish and Laurus Officeor many of us will go out of business and lose business to them.

Lee Honish, the former Head Loss Mitigator for Indy Mac Bank and the top Default Real Estate Trainer in the United States, had this to say: Tracey (Baron) and I share a vision of salvaging the remaining Real Estate Agents and getting them back to work, helping Investors put their money into properties with limited risk and higher return on investments, and ultimately helping and educating homeowners to understanding a very simple point: In this market, you either do a short sale or it will be a foreclosure. It is a very stereotypical myth for homeowners to believe the bank wants to do loan modifications, when in fact they do not. It is a stereotypical myth that Real Estate Agents and Investors are committing fraud and they are not. This market has become about fear and money and banks are controlling the fear and the money The National Association of Realtors® has turned a blind eye to the situation as well as everyone else and it has to change.

The training is unique; it combines a transparent platform of advocacy and education for homeowners while teaching Real Estate Agents and Investors how to prosper with short sales and REOs.

Lee Honish says, I do not know of any other way to make money in the Real Estate market unless you are working REOs or Short Salesthis is one of the best Real Estate markets ever!

The Free training will be online and Lee Honish is preparing to tour the United States with Bob Mittleman, Education Director of Laurus Title Group, going door-to-door with the training that will inspire Agents and Investors to go help homeowners and build their businesses.
