KliK Animation Produces 3D Animated Series for Kids

KLOOTZ Already airing in Australia and Canada (July 19, 2001)
KLOOTZ, a new 3D animated series for kids produced by by KliK Animation, is on the air on FOXTEL Australia and Family Channel in Canada and is being dealt for other channels as well.

The series, aimed at 8- to 10-year-olds, features a duo of hilarious pears for whom everyday situations become the starting point of huge misfortunes filled with gigantic blunders.

Raymond Parent, author of the series, says the objective was to create a special Chaplin type of humor. The short episodes have no dialogue, so the screenwriter had to rely on physical comedy.

?All key framed, with original sound composition, it was a pleasure to direct a series that goes out of usual bounds said Guy Harvey, KLOOTZ director.

The stories, the animation quality, the absence of dialogue and the winning format make KLOOTZ attractive to both broadcasters and children. The first 24 episodes already are running on VRAK-TV and another 180 are in development for completion by next year.

Founded in 1997, KliK Animation is an independent production and full-service animation house specializing in 3D character animation.
