Introduction to PoserArena Reed's How-To DVD
If you're new to Poser and you need to get up and running quickly, this will definitely help you.
Arena covers not only the basics of the interface, but keyframing, cloth, hair and facial expressions. Because she's been using Poser so long, her demo is fluid and effortless, but she explains the steps in a way that even the newest user can follow easily.
Facial Expressions and Hair may not seem to be beginner topics, but Arena covers them in a comprehensive way, allowing even new users to get the most out of their Poser experience.
In addition to over an hour of tutorial content, the DVD comes with $59 worth of bonus content. The Swamp Creature Collection (which includes an alligator, rattlesnake and spider figure) as well as Koji 1.0 (for use in Poser 6 Base Figure Pack) which comes with 29 facial morphs, various hair styles and clothing.
Be sure to check out the new DVD sale going on immediately at Content Paradise (www.contentparadise.com). You can find Koji and the Swamp Creature Collection objects on sale at the Content Paradise site by clicking on their images below. (NOTE: The Koji offered with the DVD is v.1.0. With a sale price of less than $20 for the instruction, this is a great way to become familiar with Poser. Take note that the DVD instruction is not completed on the new software, and doesn't cover any of the new features included in the latest release. Arena is a regular demo artist for the software, and has appeared at trade shows to help interested artists find quick footing in the application. It is a great introduction to Poser for every beginner, whether pro or hobbyist.
