Intelligent Assistance Releases The TroubleshooterHelp software designed for Final Cut Pro
The Troubleshooter is based on new software algorithms, asking questions about a problem and narrowing down answers based on user responses. It presents likely solutions and asks further questions to clarify the problem and eliminate less likely solutions. Probable solutions are shown with a confidence factor rating to let users know how likely a particular answer will be to solve the problem at hand.
Once installed, The Troubleshooter downloads up to date content for the supported software to provide answers to new problems as they come up.
The Troubleshooter for Final Cut Pro is shipping for Mac OS X and Mac OS 9 now. It runs $75 by itself, or $50 when purchased with the Intelligent Assistant for Final Cut Pro. For more information, visit http://www.intelligentassistance.com.
