So, from a buyers perspective, what can I look forward to when Im looking for a system solution? What should I do to determine whether I need a system solution or not? Well, lets use a typical transaction that most people have had the wonderful experience of being a part of, the purchase of a car. When one is in the market for a car there are certain steps they follow to get to the final decision of actually buying the car. We will look at these steps one by one and then apply them to an integrated solution purchase.
Here are the three steps to a successful purchase:
Step 1: Needs Analysis
Step 2: Shop, Test, And Negotiate
Step 3: After Sale Considerations
