InFocus today introduced its new LP650 DLP projector. The new model joins the LP70, announced yesterday at InfoComm.

The LP650 features 2,500 ANSI lumens and an optical zoom lens. It can be connected to up to five sources simultaneously--two computer and three video--and includes an M1-DA connector for wireless applications. It weighs 9.4 pounds and includes a built-in handle.

The LP650 uses DLP technology from Texas Instruments and features Faroudja DCDI video processing from Sage. It supports picture in picture, digital zoom/magnify and networking via InFocus' ProjectorNet management software.

The LP650 will be available in August for $4,699. For more information, visit
