InFocus Announces Proxima DP6155

Designed for small meeting rooms, classrooms, distance communication (October 23, 2001)
InFocus announced the Proxima DP6155, an LCD projector ideal for small meeting rooms and classrooms. With multiple connectivity options, a lightweight form factor and quiet operation, the DP6155 offers technology buyers a flexible projection solution that is perfect for the tabletop and easy to install. The flexibility and feature set of the DP6155 not only enable users to deliver traditional presentations, but also make the DP6155 ideal for alternative media applications, such as distance learning and video conferencing.

As an upgrade to the award-winning Proxima DP6150, the DP6155 is now brighter at 2000 lumens - bright enough to present in almost any lighting conditions. At 34dB, the DP6155 is one of the quietest projectors in the meeting room segment, allowing for distraction-free presentations. With XGA resolution and a high contrast ratio of 450:1, the DP6155 produces clear images and vivid colors. It also has built-in zoom and focus and digital keystone correction. Designed with the ability to switch between five different sources simultaneously, the DP6155 is ideal for truly multimedia presentations. The Digital Visual Interface (DVI) on the DP6155 enables compatibility with both analog and digital sources.

The Proxima DP6155 will be available November 1, 2001 at an estimated street price of US $4,999. This projector comes with a two-year standard product warranty and one year of ProXchange service.
