Hold-Free Networks CEO to Participate in Customer Engagement Panel at ITEXPO East 2012Session to Be Held on February 3rd at Miami Beach Convention Center (January 30, 2012)

The panel will take place on February 3rd at 10:00 a.m. Eastern as part of the conference programs held at the Miami Beach Convention Center. Chris DiMarco of TMCnet will moderate the forum which will also include Roberto Ricossa of Avaya and Kyle Sandler of The Droid Guy.
The purpose of the session, which is part of the Customer Engagement series at ITEXPO East, is to consider whether all businesses need a social media presence and to assess the implications of varying levels of social engagement. According to Gartner Inc., businesses will spend over $1 billion annually on Social Customer Relationship Management (Social CRM) by the end of 2012.
