HiveFire CEO to Present at Langley New Media's 2nd Annual Content Marketing Retreat

Pawan Deshpande to Give Attendees "Under the Hood" Look at Best-in-Class Content Curation Platforms at Upcoming Conference (January 19, 2012)

CAMBRIDGE, MA -- (Marketwire) -- 01/19/12 -- HiveFire, Inc., an online content marketing technology company, today announced that CEO Pawan Deshpande will lead an informative break-out session at Langley New Media's 2nd Annual Content Marketing Retreat, taking place Jan. 26-27 on Whidbey Island in Langley, Washington. Deshpande will cut through common tech jargon and confusing sales messages to provide a behind-the-scenes look at top content curation tools for today's marketers who are faced with an overwhelming number of choices to help determine which ones actually meet their needs.

During the break out session, "Deep Dives Into Platforms, Tools & Services," Deshpande will provide an overview of the available technology that can assist marketers with content curation -- the process of finding, organizing and sharing online content -- and better enable them to achieve their content marketing goals, improve SEO, establish thought leadership and increase brand visibility. In addition to walking attendees through HiveFire's marketing solution Curata, Deshpande will share real-life product applications and usage tips to maximize success.

"Today's marketers simply do not have the time to research and review all of the products well enough to make informed decisions about which solution will best meet their specific needs," said Deshpande. "My goal is to educate the industry and help attendees see the benefits of the technology that can make their day-to-day job easier and their goals attainable."

On the heels of last year's successful conference which built the case for content marketing, the second annual Content Marketing Retreat will take attendees one step further by helping them develop more robust content marketing programs through sharing industry best practices and strategic insights. Attendees will leave the conference with a fresh perspective on maximizing content marketing efforts within their organization as well as an actionable plan to get the ball rolling. In addition to Deshpande, keynote speakers include Rod Brooks of the Word-of-Mouth Marketing Association, Mark Jacobs of Me!Box Media Inc. and Jayme Thomason of Divvy HQ.

Deshpande's presentation is scheduled on Jan. 27 during the breakout sessions, taking place from 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Those that are unable to attend the conference but are interested in learning more about Curata are welcome to see the power of the tool first hand by signing up for a 30-day free trial.
