Hatch Border LISP

Recreating a border around a hatch By Ted Elrick
This command will draw a border around a hatch. This is very useful if you have a hatch, but for some reason, lost the boundary and want it back.

In my line of work, we get a lot of messy drawings from other companies, and sometimes they are missing information like a border around a hatch. This command will bring it back. It's very useful for checking the area of a hatch, or reassociating the hatch and changing it by moving the border around.

I've tried this command on many different hatches to test it, and it may not be perfect. As of now, the only limitation it has is that it will not recreate the border of a hatch that was drawn with splines.
