HairerSoft Updates Amadeus II

New version supports MPEG-4 files By Dave Nagel
HairerSoft has updated Amadeus II, a disk-based audio waveform editing and analysis application. The new version 3.6 adds support for AAC-encoded audio and other features. It's available now for Mac OS 9 and Mac OS X.

Amadeus II is designed for live audio recording, digitizing tapes and records, sampling from external sources and for editing and analyzing Mp3, Ogg Vorbis, AIFF, SoundDesigner II, QuickTime and WAVE files. The new version offers a new recording/timer dialog; the ability to open MPEG-4 files; the ability to save AAC-encoded QuickTime files; the ability to handle sounds beyond 2 GB; and support for Mach-0 VST.
