Great China Mania Holdings Announces the Launch of an iPad Application for Digital Magazines(March 28, 2012)
HONG KONG -- (Marketwire) -- 03/28/12 -- Great China Mania Holdings, Inc. (OTCBB: GMEC) (the "Company" or "Great China Mania Holdings, Inc."), and its wholly owned subsidiary, Great China Media Limited, a U.S. listed public company focused on online and print publishing, announced the launch of an iPad application for its successfully released digital magazine "Young Heat." This new application launch allows for the magazine to gain unprecedented distribution potential in multiple media formats in the local Chinese market.
Beijing Information Technology Co., Ltd. (VIVA) is the largest digital mobile magazine distribution platform in China. VIVA is one of China's three major telecom operators: China Mobile, China Unicom and China Telecom. This new partnership provides an important avenue for Great China Media Holdings to expand in the telecommunications market and electronic market. VIVA provides Great China Media Holdings with great digital media distribution channels which creates a greater market opportunity for the company.
VIVA's core business is digital publishing of media content through a distribution platform.
