Graphic Converter 4.5 ReleasedOS X version gets PDF import
Aside from importing and exporting graphics file formats, Graphic Converter is also a file browser, batch converter and slideshow creator. It can optimize images for the Internet and also provides users with the ability to manipulate images.
The new version adds far too many features to list here. Some of the major ones include PDF import in the Mac OS X version, HTML catalog creation, support for the latest version of TWAIN in 10.1.3 or later and a crossfade effect in the slideshow. New and enhanced file formats in version 4.5 (import and/or export) include ORF, OTA, CRW, Cineon, JPEG 2000 with KDU, TIFF 12-bit, Windows Icon, Photoshop, RAW, CiscoIpPhoneImage and ICNS.
Users who purchased Graphic Converter after April 1 wil receive a free update key via e-mail. Those who purchased the software prior to April 1 will need to pay a $15 upgrade fee, which covers version 4.5 through 5.x.
