GoGrid Announces New CEO and Executive Chairman(June 01, 2011)

Prior to joining GoGrid, he was the founder of Bay Alarm Medical, LLC, a medical services company, and Arrival Communications, a telecommunications company focused on providing voice and Internet services. At Arrival, Heffelfinger drastically improved customer growth and retention to surpass leading telco benchmarks while positioning the company to expand into new verticals. Heffelfinger earned masters degrees in business administration and engineering management from Northwestern University and a bachelors degree from Yale University.
