Global Capacity Announces Appointment of Advisory Board Members(November 04, 2011)
CHICAGO, IL -- (Marketwire) -- 11/04/11 -- Global Capacity, the world's leading telecommunications information and logistics company, announces that Mark Maletz, a senior fellow at Harvard Business School, and Mohsen Moazami, Corporate Vice President, Emerging Markets & Globalization Centre at Cisco, have joined the Company's Advisory Board. In this capacity, Mr. Maletz and Mr. Moazami will provide strategic guidance to the Company as it continues to execute its innovative business model, leveraging One Marketplace Access Exchange to provide transparency and automation in the global access network market.

Mark Maletz is a senior fellow at the Harvard Business School. He is an internationally recognized thought leader in the areas of strategy, leadership development and organizational transformation. Previously, Maletz was a partner at McKinsey & Company and a leader of the firm's organization practice. He was also a professor at Babson College where he pioneered experiential approaches to leadership development and the shaping of organizational culture, including work in the area of corporate entrepreneurship. He is a founder of the Center for Research on Corporate Performance. He is also the chairman of the executive committee of the EastWest Institute, a member of the board of SKIL Group (a Mumbai-based infrastructure development company), and sits on the boards of three entrepreneurial technology businesses.
Mohsen Moazami is a proven leader with extensive experience in business leadership and technology-enabled business transformation. As vice president of the Cisco Internet Business Solutions Group (IBSG), Moazami was responsible for the Emerging Markets (Latin America, Central and Eastern Europe, the Middle East, Russia, CIS countries, and Africa) and for the Cisco Globalization Centre in Bangalore, India. Moazami was a member of the Senior Leadership Team responsible for Cisco's strategy, operations and financial results across Emerging Markets. Moazami was a member of Cisco's Emerging Countries Council, overseeing Cisco's investment and operations across all Emerging Markets, including China and India. Moazami is a member of the Investment Advisory Council of the Turkish Prime Minister and served as a member of the Strategy Council of the Global Alliance for ICT and the Development of the United Nations Department of Economic and Social Affairs (UNDESA-GAID). Before joining IBSG, Moazami was a vice president/senior partner at Kurt Salmon Associates (KSA), in charge of the global e-business practice. Prior to KSA, Moazami founded and oversaw the growth of Stanford Business Systems, an ICT software and consulting firm, later acquired by KSA.
