Former Discreet, Macromedia Execs Join REALVIZ(September 28, 2001)
As VP of worldwide marketing, Wyrick will assume responsibility for overseeing product strategy and marketing programs. Bottini joins REALVIZ as regional sales manager, and will seek out and evaluate new sales opportunities within the Western Region.
Wyrick joins REALVIZ after serving as director of product management for Macromedia. Wyrick led the Director and Shockwave Player product groups and has been involved with nearly every aspect of product development, planning, marketing and delivery of over six major software releases for the company. Having worked at Macromedia for almost 10 years, Wyrick was involved in the companys technical support, quality assurance and program management on both an engineering and marketing level. Wyrick is well versed in overseeing product development, Internet strategies, market/product planning and delivery. He is a graduate of the University of the Pacific, in Stockton, CA and holds a degree in Business Marketing.
Bottini signs on with REALVIZ after serving as regional channel manager for the Discreet Division of Autodesk Inc. At Autodesk, Bottini managed resellers to achieve ambitious revenue, marketing and product distribution goals for the company. Bottini has extensive professional experience in direct and indirect channel sales and marketing activities, as well as a proven track record in successfully developing regional and national distribution campaigns. He holds a degree in Strategic Management from the University of Dominican, California, in San Rafael, California.
