Burnsville, Minnesota (PRWEB) June 12, 2012
Family Savings announced the release of their new mobile application today. The mobile app will give their customers a chance to redeem discounts by showing their phone to participating merchants. Active members save and redeem the offers right on their mobile devices at no additional cost to their current Family Savings Buyers Club membership.
Current customer John Allen stated, I use the coupons on a regular basis to save on lunches. There are plenty of local restaurants that accept the coupons, and since I have the mobile app I dont even need to print!
The mobile app is in conjunction with the Family Savings Buyers Club membership. The app contains show-your-phone discounts at over 100,000 locations including national chains and local favorites. The app also features GPS searching and mapping, along with the ability to track your savings. Currently the app is available for the iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch and Android devices. Members simply show their phone at the point of sale to redeem offers.
Founder of Family Savings Dave Moulder stated, In todays modern world having a mobile device is almost the same as having a wallet or a purse. It is our job to provide users with this technology and keep current with the trends. We look forward to continuing to expand our user base and this will be a key element to keeping our Buyers Club on the forefront of the online discount community.
