Eurodata Scores First UK Customer of MaxACD for Lync at the Association of Accounting Technicians (January 13, 2012)

Eurodata's first customer of MaxACD Contact Center for Lync is with the Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT). With over 250,000 members, AAT is the UK's leading qualifications and membership body for accounting staff and awards over 90% of all vocational finance qualifications. MaxACD will be providing a natively integrated advance call routing and distribution solution for their Microsoft Lync client enabled call center agents.
