Euphonix Expands U.S. Eastern Sales Division(October 19, 2001)
Chris Pelzar, Euphonix President of Sales, North America, spoke about the appointment: "Brian has been a key contact at Euphonix for all of our eastern region clients for several years. This background makes him an extremely valuable resource for all of our current and potential clients. Our customers will benefit by getting a partner who really understands the issues facilities face when upgrading to digital audio." Dorfman had been the Director of Technical Customer Support, Eastern Region for Euphonix over the past four years. He also previously owned and maintained an independent technical service company that specialized in supplying, installing and designing professional audio facilities across the United States.
Volkerz had worked for Euphonix for over three years as Product Specialist Eastern Region and then spent time at DSP Media as its Eastern U.S. Sales Manager. "Having Gerard back with us strengthens our support of clients and boosts our capabilities to serve the eastern region," said Pelzar. "Gerard has strong technical and operational ability and long term understanding of the Euphonix System 5, R-1 and CS-3000 products," he added. "I worked with Gerard for many years previously at Euphonix and I know many of our clients will be extremely pleased he has returned. Gerard will join Chris Drozdowski in Product Support in the eastern region and this combination of their individual expertise will prove to be the strongest in the professional Audio Industry. This combination as well will prove to be a major advantage for Euphonix and our customers."
