Epicor(R) Extends Mobile Capabilities for Retailers With New Mobile Marketing Offering

As Mobile Phone Adoption Skyrockets, a Growing Number of Retailers Move to Target Consumers With Mobile Marketing (January 11, 2010)

Delivered via a partnership with mobile messaging and technology provider Impact Mobile, Inc., Mobile Marketing enables retailers to deliver customized messages, coupons, and promotions to mobile device users. Mobile Marketing encourages consumers to interact with the store environment, helping retailers strengthen brand and customer loyalty, while helping to drive revenues.

The solution can be used in house by retailers to support SMS (text messaging) campaigns, distribute mobile coupons, and support a wide range of additional types of promotions. Mobile Marketing Extends Epicor's Mobile Retail Offerings

Mobile device/smart phone users represent a rapidly growing and potentially lucrative customer segment.
