End If Software updates GrabbyWindowPuts enhanced file browser inside every application (August 10, 2004)
End If Software announced today the release of GrabbyWindow 2.5. GrabbyWindow provides a full featured file browser inside every application. This kind of integration gives the user faster and easier access to files and avoids endless import dialogs or annoying switches to the finder during e.g. layout processes.
GrabbyWindow also offers better control over files. It shows detailed images information like measurements, resolution, color mode, sizes, compression, clipping paths as well as customizable image previews. An additional powerful feature is the content drag tool, which makes extraction of file contents during drag possible.
GrabbyWindow was designed especially for professional users of layout applications like Quark Xpress or Adobe Indesign but it works great inside every other application too.
"A great timesaver for all graphic pros" stated Ralf Sander, president of End If Software. "No more endless import dialogs or switches to the Finder. A move to the hot-corner and your favorite application shows its own file browser."
New in this version:
All new content drag tool: Extract images, text, text clippings, mail locations or even pdfs from files on drag.
