EMA Studios announced their completion of original interface design and multimedia production on the "Tony Hawk Inside Out" CD-ROM for Maverick Records. "This project began with Tony Hawks desire to share music with his fans," said Mavericks producer Nick Spanos. "Together with my colleagues and the group at EMA Multimedia, weve created a package that caters to kids young and old who enjoy being entertained musically and visually. You have to be innovative these days because kids are less forgiving and more sophisticated."

"Skaters are listening to a lot of different types of music these days, so we knew we could put together a great album, but we also wanted to include something special for Tony's fans. That is when we came up with the idea for the bonus CD-ROM," said Julie Sessing, who served as one of Mavericks executive producers on the project. "We were able to include some great footage of Tony in his environment so his fans can see how he lives. We are also very excited that we were able to include exclusive game footage and Tonys historic 900 on the CD-ROM."

"From our first meeting on the project, we had a blast working with everyone from Maverick," added EMAs founder and senior creative director Michael Pace. "Theyre all very creative and they gave us total freedom to produce spectacular content. With the added privilege of having Tony Hawk as the subject, this team-effort has produced something were all especially proud of."

Maverick Records creative team also included head of new media Jeremy Welt.
