Drink Only the Wines You Like: WinoBot Launches a New Way to Select Wine(September 12, 2011)

WinoBot is a new way for restaurant customers to select wine. This new free iPhone app provides the best wine recommendations based on the restaurant's current wine list -- all of which have been pre-loaded on the WinoBot app for users' convenience. WinoBot's current wine recommendations are based on food pairing, price, and variety. The user can rate the wine tasted and check personal tasting history at any time. The next version will go even further and give personalized recommendations based on customers' individual wine tasting preferences!
The WinoBot idea emerged when the founders realized that many consumers lack confidence to choose wine: they know when they like wine but cannot guess from the wine list which wine corresponds to their individual taste.
