Discovering Recipes Made Easier for Mobile Users Edamam Best of Class Recipe Search App Now Available for Android Tablets

Edamam, a technology company aiming to organize the worlds food knowledge, today announces key updates to its semantic-based recipe search app for iPhone and Android devices as well as a full compatibly app for 7-inch tablets.

Edamams unique search application allows users to quickly scan through an extensive database of more than 1.4 million recipes from over 500 sources. Search results are presented simply in a visually appealing interface and users can filter recipes by diet or health preferences. Users can also compare recipe options by ingredients and nutritional content as well as share recipes through Facebook, Twitter, mail and text with just a tap.
