Digital Performer Wins Third Consecutive EM Editor's ChoiceOnly product ever to win three years in a row (January 08, 2002)
"We were stunned when we got our first look at Digital Performer 3.01," wrote the EM editors in their January 2002 Editors' Choice cover story. "We just had to give this amazing program an award--for the third consecutive year." Digital Performer is reviewed in the same issue and rated an overall value of 5 out of 5.
The editors of Pro Audio Review Magazine have just awarded Digital Performer 3.1 their PAR Excellence Award, given to the most outstanding products covered at the recent AES Show in New York City.
"Digital Performer 3.1 received an overwhelming amount of nominations for the award. Innovative additions like 'branching undo' and Timeline Undo, plus powerful surround/postproduction support and a host of other new features made DP 3.1 an easy winner," Said PAR Editor Stephen Murphy. Version 3.1 will ship first quarter, 2002 and will be a free update to all registered Version 3.0 users.
The MOTU 828, the world's first FireWire audio interface, recently garnered the following industry recognition:
