Digital Anarchy Ships Texture AnarchyPhotoshop plugins designed for procedural and texture effects
Texture Anarchy includes three plugins for Photoshop designed to produce and manipulate procedural textures. The main plugin, Texture Anarchy, offers 38 algorithmic noise types with automatic variation production, as well as a "Deep Editing" feature for modifying all aspects of the textures, including the noise type, scale, rotation, color, gradients and other aspects. It includes four fully controllable light sources, a gradient editor and 27 blending modes for creating variations on the textures, which can also be applied as bump maps.
Tiling Texture Anarchy, the second plugin in the set, is similar to Texture Anarchy, but is used to produce seamlessly tiling textures. It offers most of the features of the main plugin but puts constraints on rotation and texture scaling for the purpose of tiling.
The third plugin is called Edge Anarchy. It uses procedural textures for generating edge effects around or on images and includes options for edge shape, falloff, lighting control, etc.
All of the plugins come with several presets and also allow users to save and load presets. It's available now at an introductory price of $129 (regularly $149). For more information, visit http://www.digitalanarchy.com.
