Awareness Social Marketing Hub customers now have the ability to implement a variety of promotions on Facebook while capturing and integrating deep social profile data with leading CRM and marketing automation platforms, such as Salesforce.com, Marketo and Eloqua.
The Awareness Facebook Campaign Manager allows social media-savvy companies to create and manage custom Facebook tabs within the Awareness Social Marketing Hub at no additional charge. Launching with a set of templates for frequently used promotional elements -- welcome tabs, coupon offerings and YouTube channel integration -- the Facebook Campaign Manager enables deep social profile data collection that includes email address, other Facebook "likes," location, birthday and relationship status, among others. The flexibility of the Facebook Campaign Manager allows for the creation and design of Facebook tabs with knowledge of simple HTML. With pre-built integration into leading marketing automation and CRM systems, this new functionality allows companies to track conversations and build social profile databases to better understand and engage followers.
