Dave Lory Joins PAID Inc. as VP of Talent and Client Relations

(December 12, 2011)

BOSTON, MA and NEW YORK, NY -- (Marketwire) -- 12/12/11 -- Dave Lory has joined PAID Inc. (OTCBB: PAYD) as VP of Talent and Client Relations for the company's expanding celebrity services business.

"Artists, entertainment and sports figures and major brands alike are looking to connect directly with their fans across multiple channels to expand their customer bases, provide more of what their fans want, and build loyalty," said Keith Garde, President of PAID celebrity services. "As a turnkey provider of social media and traditional marketing; award winning creative, video and film production services; merchandising; VIP ticketing and more, PAID is positioned to expand exponentially to meet the growing market need. Dave Lory has an in-depth understanding of all areas of the music business. He is ideally suited to help us tailor and deliver the highest caliber services to meet the ever changing needs in today's market."

Garde noted, "Dave is widely respected in the industry for launching profitable businesses and propelling clients to record-setting achievements. His strengths in talent and client relations will complement those of Tommy Nast, our new VP of Business Development, and further enhance our efforts to establish PAID as the 'go to' company for innovation and excellence in turnkey brand management dedicated to helping artists and businesses earn more, own more and keep more of the business they are responsible for creating in the first place."

Lory's previous positions have encompassed musician, chairman to artist management firms, including Worldwide Entertainment Group; heading international operations at major record label Mercury Records; starting up Artemis Records -- one of the most successful independent record companies in the past decade; producing memorable live events -- including the New Music Seminar (NMS), which spawned SXSW; and coordinating and managing large-scale international tours for major artists.

With his reputation of launching thriving enterprises, and driving entities to the pinnacle of excellence, Lory will oversee PAID's client relations and celebrity services business structure, and draw on his expansive contact base to increase PAID's visibility in the industry as the experts in innovative turnkey brand management. Lory will remain executive director, producer and 50 percent owner of NMS and expects that the two businesses will be complementary.

"I am thrilled to be a part of the executive team and further expand PAID's client base and services," says Lory. "It is an exciting time to be in the entertainment business. The current team at PAID, led by Keith Garde, has the vision it takes to be the number one resource for artists, merchandisers, record companies and corporations that really want to efficiently expand their business and client base."
