T-Mobile made their Las Vegas refarmed 4G iPhone-ready network official with a morning press release courtesy of T-Mobiles Chief Technology Officer, Neville Ray. Ray made a similar announcement this past friday at GigaOMs Mobilize conference calling Las Vegas at least 75% live. So what does this mean for Las Vegas residents?

Ray is careful to note that this is the first of many markets that T-Mobile will strengthen this year with sites already live in Seattle, Washington D.C., Los Angeles and New York where customers are already experiencing improved coverage and iPhone speed sightings on T-Mobiles 4G network. Just to avoid confusion, Ray is calling Las Vegas a live market, where he is hinting that residents of the four latter cities are seeing the network come online, but the markets themselves are not yet fully ready.
