Coraid Names Anil Virmani Senior Vice President of EngineeringSilicon Valley Veteran Joins the Coraid Team to Drive Storage Innovation Into Enterprise and Cloud (March 07, 2012)
REDWOOD CITY, CA -- (Marketwire) -- 03/07/12 -- Coraid® Inc., a leading developer of Ethernet SAN solutions with more than 1,500 customers worldwide, recently named Anil Virmani senior vice president of engineering. Anil will lead the development and quality assurance of Coraid's scale-out storage system. He will report to Kevin Brown, CEO of Coraid.

Prior to Coraid, Anil was vice president of engineering at Juniper Systems, responsible for edge routing platforms (M/MX series) and Junos Software, growing the business to over $1 billion. Prior to that, Anil led engineering teams at Stratus Computers building hardware fault-tolerant servers and high availability features. Anil has a history of success in building innovative products and leading highly effective engineering teams.
