Convert/Merge Panasonic HDC-HS700 MTS to Final Cut Pro on Mac

The HDC-HS700 HD camera stores videos in .mts format with MPEG-4 AVC/H.264 compression. However, You can not import the 1080p 60fps/50fps footage with Final Cut Studio.
