Connexus President to Speak at TeleSpans Future of Conferencing March 15-16(February 16, 2012)

Jonathan Schlesinger, President and CEO of Connexus, is scheduled to participate in TeleSpans seventh annual Future of Conferencing Workshop March 15-16 in Las Vegas. Mr. Schlesinger will help lead a discussion about the future of hardware based videoconferencing and the opportunities and challenges this offers videoconferencing resellers, service providers and manufacturers. The panel is entitled; Videoconferencing Hardware is Dead, Long Live Videoconferencing Hardware. Included on the panel with Mr. Schlesinger will be: Scott Wharton, CEO and President of Vidtel; Michael Brandofino, EVP Video and Unified Communications AVI-SPL; Bob Romano, VP Enterprise Marketing, Radvision; and Stephen Demmings, President, VCI-G (Visual Communications Industry Group).
The panel will explore the challenges and opportunities created by the drop in price of hardware based videoconferencing codecs and will explore the market expansion and growth created for end users, resellers and service providers positioning and deploying software based solutions. Additionally, the panel will explore the extraordinary sales and revenue growth experienced by videoconferencing integrators deploying hardware solutions in immersive environments.
