Concord Intros Digital Cameras5 megapixel 5345z to sell for less than $400
Included in the new lineup is the 5 megapixel 5345z, a compact camera offering a resolution of 5 megapixels. The new model includes a 3x optical/4x digital zoom; 19 scene modes; center-weighted and spot metering; automatic and preset white balance; AVI video capabilities; and DPOF support. It also offers center-weighted, spot and multi-pattern metering; user-selectable ISO, exposure compensation +/- 2 EV in 1/3 EV steps and a Macro Mode from 3.9 inches to 27.5 inches. It's expected to ship in April for $379.99.
In the company's midrange, two new models have debuted--the 3 megapixel Eye-Q 3343z and the 4 megapixel Eye-Q 4363z. Both are compact models offering a 3x optical zoom; an all-glass, six-element, 7.23-21.7mm, f/2.8-f/4.7 lens; auto focus; AVI video capture; and macro mode to 3.9 inches. Both are expected to ship in the second quarter. The Eye-Q 3343z will sell for $199.99; the Eye-Q 4363z will sell for $249.99.
The company has also launched new low-end cameras, including the 2 megapixel Eye-Q 2040 and the 3 megapixel Eye-Q 3040, which are available for $109.99 and $129.99, respectively.
