Close to 50 sites go live with MediaSpan Media Software

The New York Sun and others using AdPower ad-management systems (May 30, 2006)

The New York Sun began using its AdPower ad-management system, one of close to 50 sites going live with MediaSpan Media Software solutions in March and April.

The Sun, a general-interest broadsheet daily in New York that reaches 100,000 readers, has 12 AdPower workstations for its display and classified needs.

"It's an invigorating time for MediaSpan," said Dr. F.R. Campagnoni, MediaSpan CEO. "The large number of publications going live with our software is a testament to the product innovation and quality service that are at the core of our company. As we continue to grow our customer base, we are also expanding the solutions we provide in order to meet all of their offline, online and mobile publishing needs."

PTS Inc., based in Fort Payne, Ala., installed CirculationPro at several of its papers, including papers in Pampa, Texas; Crawfordsville, Ind.; Center, Texas; Jonesboro, La.; South Pittsburg, Tenn.; Ojai, Calif.; Batesville, Ind.; and Perryville, Mo. The sites all use our ASP-hosted version of CirculationPro, saving money on hardware and upkeep by letting MediaSpan Media Software host the servers. The client end of CirculationPro is a simple Web browser.
