Buena Software Releases Au Naturel 1.1.2

Update to their photographic tools for video editing (May 31, 2005)

Buena Software, Inc. announced the release of Au Naturel 1.1.2, an update to their photographic tools for video editing. With this update, the directional blur tool no longer changes length as the angle of the blur changes. Users can download the plug-in, which is compatible with editing and compositing applications like After Effects, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and Combustion, at http://www.buena.com/aunaturel.shtml. This is a free update for registered users of the $99.00 plugin. Users who want to try out the tool can obtain a free temporary serial number at the above web site.

In addition to the directional blur tool, Au Naturel offers several other tools that produce much more photorealistic results than the host applications' built-in tools. It includes a realistic lens blur, a tool to adjust the exposure of your footage in f-stops, a high quality transformation tool (including scaling), a time lapse tool, and a compositing tool. Each tool within Au Naturel works in 32-bit per channel linear RGB to give you photorealistic results.
