'ON/OFF Bits 0,1 On 1 Off 3
'FREEZE/THAW Bits 2,3 Freeze 4 Thaw 12
'CURRENT VPORT Bits 4,5 Freeze 16 Thaw 48
'NEW VPORT Bits 6,7 Freeze 64 Thaw 192
'LOCK/UNLOCK Bits 8,9 Lock 256 Unlock 768
'PLOT Bits 10,11 Plot 1024 Don 't Plot 3072

'The bit pairs listed above work as a tri-state option.
'first bit = 0 AND second bit = 0 :filter option accepts both states
'first bit = 1 AND second bit = 0 :filter option is set to first state
'first bit = 1 AND second bit = 1 :filter option is set to second state
