Bringing the Power to CAD

Navigating Your Custom Content By Elise Moss
Elise MossHere is a quick lisp routine you can use to bring up the Design Center to your custom library. I have set up my custom menu so that it will direct me to the correct block library depending on what blocks I need to access.

(defun c:ADCConcrete ( / varsav1)
(setq varsav1 (getvar "cmdecho"))
(setvar "cmdecho" 0)
(command "adcenter")
(command "_adcnavigate" "c:dirconcrete.dwglocks" )
(setvar "cmdecho" varsav1)

Things you should be aware of?

You need to activate the Design Center BEFORE you direct it (navigate) to the desired drawing.
You can use / instead of to define the path.
Place all your blocks into a single drawing to organize your block library for easy access.
