Blackmagic Design Lands 4 More Awards at NAB

Technical awards for its new HDLink and HDPro products. (June 07, 2004)

Today Blackmagic Design announced that the company has been awarded four technical awards at the recent National Association of Broadcasters (NAB) 2004 show in Las Vegas. The company was awarded TV Technology’s Star of NAB ‘Superior Technology Award’ and Videography Magazine’s Vidy Award ‘For Advancement in the Art and Science of Video Technology’ for its new Decklink HDPro broadcast video card; and was recently awarded two “Making The Cut” Awards from Bob Turner’s The Cut for the HDPro and the newly announced HDLink, the worlds first full HDTV resolution 4:4:4 monitoring solution with built in audio.

Blackmagic Design has now won seven technical achievement awards over the past two NAB conferences and has clearly solidified its position as a driving force in the post-production and broadcast technology market.
