Bias Updates Peak

Audio editor gets enhancements, bug fixes By Dave Nagel
Bias has updated Peak, Peak DV and Peak LE to version 3.11. Peak is an audio editing and processing application for Mac OS 9 and Mac OS X with support for QuickTime 6 and AAC audio encoding. The update is free for users of Peak 3.1.

Peak 3.11 offers minor enhancements and bug fixes, including a resizable Open dialog, use of the spacebar for pausing and unpausing recording in the Record dialog and a fix for importing CD tracks. It also disables hard drive spindown during recording, fixes a problem where not all codecs appeared in the Save As dialog in Mac OS 9 and adds compatibility with AppleTalk on Mac OS X 10.2.

The new update is available now for free for current users, though the 3.1 update is required before installing the 3.11 update. For more information, visit http://www.bias-inc.com.
