Baseball Trivia Game Creates Live Fan Competition at MLB Parks on iPhone, iPod touch and Android Devices(April 20, 2009)
CAMBRIDGE, MA -- (Marketwire) -- 04/20/09 -- Geocade (www.geocade.com) announced today the launch of Fantastic Baseball, a fan challenge trivia game that answers the age old question, which baseball team has the most knowledgeable fans? Fantastic Baseball enables competition between rival fans for the top score at all MLB stadiums.
The game includes three scoring modes:
-- Daily Mode - fans compete for the top score based on their location worldwide, including special leader boards for every MLB Park.
-- Career Mode - fans compete for the top score over the course of their Fantastic Baseball career.
-- Team Mode - teams are ranked by the baseball IQ of their fans.
Additional features include a team chat and news section that allows fans to track their favorite team.
Fantastic Baseball uses Geocade's location-aware social game platform to enable local leader boards, the special leader boards at every MLB Park and chat boards.
